Brandyske Strojirny a Slevarny (BSS)
Brandys nad Labem, Czechoslovakia

The Brandyske Machine and Foundry was a state-owned equipment manufacturer in the former Czechoslovakia, which produced the KUKA 215 rotary refuse bodies under license, and sold as the BOBR. Many were packaged with truck chassis made by Skoda and Liaz. A version of the KUKA Variopress rear loader was also produced as the BOBR Press. Refuse truck production ended in the 1990s, and the factory has been liquidated by the Czech Republic.
