Chagnon Varennes, Quebec     Founded at Varennes in 1961, the company has produced a variety of industrial products. Refuse packers believed to have been introduced in the late 1980s, with a strong resemblance to McNeilus, although any connection between the companies is unknown. A small rear loader, split-body packer and semi-trailer versions have been built, as well as roll-off frames. Bought by Durabac in 2011.
