Universal Waste Systems Service international Fontana, California     Following the fire that destroyed his earlier venture, Albert Serrano was contracted to build front loaders for hauler Universal Waste Systems in 2000, starting out operations in Universal's yard. With partner Eliseo Merlos, the new company known as Service International built front loaders and performed repairs for local refuse haulers.
