Restored Leach Packmaster Owned by Chris Peichert, Manchester Rubbish Removal, Manchester, Connecticut USA Chris Peichert owns this beautiful 1963 sixteen cubic yard Packmaster, mounted on a REO truck chassis. This fully functional truck still occasionally sees use on a container route, and until recently was featured on the Leach Company web site.
