 
- NOVEMBER 2004 -  Lodal Load-a-Matic Front Loader
Lodal Inc., of Kingsford, Michigan, was an early competitor in the front loader market, and offered a unique alternative to the standard fork-grappling by way of a triangular coupler. This method of coupling containers allowed the truck to approach and lock in the container from varying angles. Lodal currently makes front loaders as well as the famous Evo unitized side loaders.
