C & O Ultralight

Epitomizing the the Southern California school of design, this C & O Ultralight half-pack was designed to carry the maximum legal payload with a minimum of weight. This type of truck dominated the western US markets and by the late 1980's was influencing design nationwide. In fact by the time this image was published, C & O had already been absorbed by Technology Incorporated, then the owner of east coast colossus Dempster.
